At PMBeauty Academy & Studio, we are committed to providing safe, professional, and high-quality permanent makeup services. These Studio Policies are designed to ensure a positive experience for every client while maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and professionalism.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Studio Policies.

1. Booking Appointments

Appointments may be booked online, by telephone, by email, or through an authorized booking platform.

Appointments are confirmed only after the required booking deposit has been received.

Prices, services, and appointment availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the scheduled procedure.

Deposits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

3. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule an appointment by providing at least 72 hours’ notice.

Requests received with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

Rescheduling is subject to appointment availability.

Repeated rescheduling may require a new deposit.

4. Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your appointment:

Deposits are generally non-refundable.
Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

PMBeauty Academy & Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to instructor or artist illness, emergencies, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, clients will be offered the next available appointment or another appropriate remedy.

5. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to reschedule if there is insufficient time to safely complete the procedure.

Late arrivals may result in the loss of the booking deposit.

6. No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice is considered a “No Show.”

No-show appointments result in forfeiture of the booking deposit and may require full prepayment for future appointments.

7. Medical Eligibility

Permanent makeup is not suitable for everyone.

Clients must accurately complete all consultation and medical history forms before treatment.

You should inform us if you:

are pregnant or breastfeeding,

PMBeauty Academy & Studio reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment where it is considered unsafe or inappropriate.

8. Consultation & Consent

Before any procedure:

A consultation will be completed.
The proposed treatment will be discussed.
Risks and limitations will be explained.
Written informed consent must be signed.

Clients are responsible for asking questions before treatment begins.

9. Results

Permanent makeup is considered a multi-step cosmetic procedure.

Individual results vary based on factors including:

skin type,
age,
medications,
immune response,
lifestyle,
sun exposure,
skincare products,
adherence to aftercare instructions.

Specific cosmetic outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Additional touch-up sessions may be recommended to achieve or maintain the desired appearance and may involve additional fees.

10. Aftercare

Clients will receive written aftercare instructions following their procedure.

Proper aftercare is essential to healing and pigment retention.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results and may void eligibility for any complimentary touch-up included with the service.

11. Children & Guests

To maintain a safe and distraction-free environment, children and additional guests are not permitted in treatment rooms unless prior approval has been given.

Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.

12. Photography

Clinical photographs may be taken before, during, and after treatment for documentation purposes.

Separate written consent will be obtained before any identifiable images are used for advertising, educational materials, social media, or other marketing purposes.

Clients may decline marketing use of their images without affecting their care.

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.

PMBeauty Academy & Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto the premises.
