At PMBeauty Academy & Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality education, professional services, and customer support. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any purchase or booking. By completing a purchase, booking an appointment, or enrolling in a training program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

1. General Policy

All sales are subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Different products and services have different refund rules due to their nature. This policy distinguishes between:

Digital educational products
Online courses
In-person training
Permanent makeup services
Training kits
Physical products
Payment plans

2. Digital Products & Online Courses

Final Sale

Due to the immediate delivery and digital nature of our educational products, all sales of online courses, digital downloads, webinars, memberships, manuals, workbooks, PDFs, templates, and video training are final.

Once access to digital content has been provided, no refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be issued, except where required by applicable law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Change of mind
Scheduling conflicts
Personal circumstances
Pregnancy
Medical issues
Employment changes
Financial hardship
Lack of computer skills
Failure to complete the course
Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations after access has been granted

Digital course access constitutes delivery of the purchased product.

3. Course Access

Access credentials are issued to the purchaser only.

Once course access has been activated, the product is considered delivered.

Course access cannot be revoked simply because the purchaser chooses not to use or complete the material.

System records, including enrollment information, login history, and course access activity, may be retained to verify delivery of digital products in the event of a payment dispute, chargeback, or legal proceeding.

4. In-Person Training

Training deposits are non-refundable.

If a student wishes to reschedule:

Requests made at least 30 days before the scheduled training may be transferred one time to another available date, subject to availability.
Requests made less than 30 days before the scheduled training may result in forfeiture of the deposit or tuition, unless otherwise approved in writing.

Failure to attend without prior notice is considered a “No Show,” and all payments made will be forfeited.

PMBeauty Academy & Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training due to instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, emergencies, or events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, students will be offered a transfer to a future training date or another reasonable remedy.

5. Training Kits

Training kits are separate products from educational services unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where a training package includes both digital education and a physical kit, each component is treated independently for refund purposes.

If a kit has not yet shipped and a refund is approved, only the eligible kit portion may be refunded. Access to any digital educational content remains governed by the Digital Products & Online Courses section of this policy.

Once a kit has shipped:

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Opened or used kits cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Returned kits may be subject to inspection and applicable restocking fees where permitted.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and monitoring shipment tracking.

6. Shipping Issues

PMBeauty Academy & Studio is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather, labour disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a package is returned due to:

an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to collect the parcel, refusal of delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts,the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs before the package is resent.

7. Permanent Makeup Services

Booking deposits are non-refundable.

Appointments may be rescheduled with the notice period specified in our Studio Policies.

No refunds will be issued for services already performed.

Because cosmetic tattoo healing varies between individuals, healed results cannot be guaranteed. Additional touch-up appointments may be recommended and may be subject to additional fees.

8. Products & Retail Items

Unused retail products may be eligible for return within [Insert Number] days of purchase, subject to inspection, provided they are unopened, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened pigments, needles, cartridges, anesthetics, cosmetics, and other sanitary products are not eligible for return unless required by law.

9. Payment Plans

Enrollment under a payment plan constitutes a commitment to pay the full agreed tuition or purchase price.

Failure to complete installment payments does not automatically cancel the agreement.

PMBeauty Academy & Studio reserves the right to suspend access to courses, decline future bookings, or pursue outstanding balances using lawful collection processes.

10. Promotional Offers

Scholarships, promotional pricing, discounted registrations, giveaways, complimentary bonuses, and limited-time offers have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.

Refunds, where applicable, will be based on the amount actually paid by the customer.

11. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

12. Chargebacks

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving course access, digital materials, products, or services, PMBeauty Academy & Studio reserves the right to provide relevant documentation to the payment processor or financial institution. This may include purchase records, enrollment confirmations, access logs, communications, shipping information, and acceptance of applicable policies.

Nothing in this section limits any rights a consumer may have under applicable law.

13. Exceptional Circumstances

Requests made due to exceptional personal circumstances will be reviewed individually. Any accommodation offered is at the sole discretion of PMBeauty Academy & Studio unless otherwise required by law.

An exception made in one case does not establish a precedent or obligation to provide the same outcome in future cases.
