At PMBeauty Academy & Studio, our mission is to provide high-quality education in Permanent Makeup and advanced beauty procedures while maintaining a professional, respectful, and supportive learning environment. These Training Policies apply to all students enrolled in our online or in-person educational programs.

By enrolling in any course, workshop, mentorship, or certification program, you agree to comply with these Training Policies.

1. Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only after:

A completed registration form has been submitted.
Any required enrollment agreement has been signed.
The required tuition, deposit, or approved payment plan has been received.

PMBeauty Academy & Studio reserves the right to decline or cancel an enrollment where permitted by law.

2. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

Arrive on time for all scheduled training sessions.
Complete assigned online modules before attending in-person classes where required.
Treat instructors, staff, models, and fellow students with professionalism and respect.
Follow all health, sanitation, and safety protocols.
Maintain appropriate professional conduct at all times.
Practice only within the scope permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

Students are responsible for ensuring they meet any licensing, insurance, certification, or regulatory requirements that apply in their own jurisdiction.

3. Attendance

Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled in-person training sessions.

Students who miss portions of training may not receive certification until all required components have been completed.

Missed classes are not guaranteed to be replaced. Any make-up training may be subject to instructor availability and additional fees.

Repeated lateness or unexcused absences may result in removal from the program without refund, where permitted by law.

4. Online Learning Requirements

Many programs include mandatory online learning before or after classroom instruction.

Students are responsible for:

Maintaining internet access.
Using compatible devices.
Completing required assignments.
Reviewing course materials before attending practical sessions.

Technical issues on the student’s equipment or internet connection do not extend course access periods or create entitlement to a refund.

5. Practical Training

Hands-on training may include:

Practice on artificial skin
Demonstrations
Live model procedures
Instructor-guided practical sessions

Students may only perform procedures when authorized by the instructor.

For safety reasons, instructors may limit or stop a student’s practical work if they believe additional instruction is required.

6. Live Models

Where live model practice is included:

Model availability cannot be guaranteed.
Students may be required to provide their own models.
Models must meet the academy’s eligibility requirements.
Instructors reserve the right to refuse any model for safety or medical reasons.

Training schedules may be adjusted if a model fails to attend.

7. Certification

Certificates are awarded only after the student has successfully completed all required theoretical and practical components of the course.

Issuing a certificate confirms successful completion of the academy’s educational requirements only.

Certification does not:

authorize independent practice where licensing is required,
guarantee employment,
guarantee business success,
or replace any government licensing or regulatory requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All educational materials provided during training remain the exclusive intellectual property of PMBeauty Academy & Studio.

This includes:

Training manuals
Videos
Workbooks
PowerPoint presentations
Demonstrations
Course outlines
Photography
Teaching methods
Forms
Templates
Marketing resources

Students may use these materials solely for their personal learning.

Without prior written consent, students may not:

reproduce,
photograph,
screen record,
video record,
copy,
translate,
distribute,
upload,
sell,
teach,
or otherwise share any course materials.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate removal from the program, termination of course access, and legal action.

9. Photography & Recording

Photography or video recording during training is prohibited unless expressly authorized by the instructor.

PMBeauty Academy & Studio may photograph or record classroom activities for educational or promotional purposes. Students who do not wish to appear in marketing materials should notify the academy in writing before the course begins.

10. Classroom Conduct

To maintain a productive learning environment, students must not:

engage in disruptive behaviour,
use abusive or discriminatory language,
harass instructors, staff, models, or classmates,
attend training while impaired by drugs or alcohol,
create unsafe conditions.

PMBeauty Academy & Studio reserves the right to remove any student whose conduct compromises the safety or learning experience of others, subject to applicable law.

11. Health & Safety

Students must disclose any medical condition that could affect their ability to safely participate in practical training.

Students are expected to comply with all infection prevention and control measures, including the use of personal protective equipment when required.

Failure to follow safety procedures may result in suspension from practical training until compliance is achieved.

12. Training Kits

Where a course includes a training kit:

The kit remains the student’s responsibility once delivered.
Missing, damaged, or lost items should be reported promptly.
Consumable items may vary slightly depending on product availability.

Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment available for practical exercises.

13. Mentorship

Where mentorship is included:

Mentorship is provided for the period specified at enrollment.
Mentorship is intended to support educational development and does not constitute business, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Response times may vary depending on instructor availability.

14. Academic Integrity

Students are expected to complete all assignments honestly.

Submitting another person’s work as your own, falsifying practical records, or misrepresenting case studies may result in disciplinary action, including withholding certification.

15. Policy Updates

PMBeauty Academy & Studio may update these Training Policies periodically.

The version published on our website at the time of your participation will apply unless otherwise required by law.
